Terms of sale

These terms apply to orders placed at 100scarves.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we authorize your card; it's charged when we ship. Prices are in US dollars and include no tax unless you're in California, where 11% sales tax is added at checkout. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we can't verify the payment; you'll be told and nothing will be charged.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Shipping cost and estimated delivery are shown before you pay. Risk passes to you when the carrier delivers to the address you gave.

Returns

Unworn, unwashed items with tags may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price, as described on the returns page. Return postage is your responsibility.

Products

Colors are photographed as accurately as we can; screens vary. Measurements are approximate by up to an inch. Patterns on printed fabric may fall slightly differently on each piece.

Your account and information

There are no accounts. How we handle your information is described in our privacy notice.

Liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under law as a consumer.
