Shipping
When will my order ship?
Within 1–2 business days from Vernon, California. Orders placed Friday afternoon ship on Monday. You'll get an email with tracking when it leaves.
How long does delivery take?
Most US orders arrive 2–5 business days after shipping with USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at the moment. We ship to all 50 states, DC, Puerto Rico and US territories, including APO and FPO addresses.
Where is my order?
Use the order status page with your order number and email for the latest update.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Return any unworn, unwashed scarf with tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price to your original payment. Return postage is paid by you. Start on the returns page to print a slip.
Can I exchange for another color?
Yes, as a return plus a new order. Place the new order whenever you like so the color you want doesn't sell out, and return the first one for a refund.
My scarf arrived damaged.
We're sorry. Call us or send a note with your order number and a photo and we'll replace it or refund it, including the postage.
Ordering
Can I change or cancel an order?
Call us within two hours of ordering, Monday to Friday, and we'll change or cancel it. After that it's usually already packed, and the easiest route is a return.
How do I pay?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Card details are entered on PayPal's secure form and never stored by us. You don't need a PayPal account.
Do you charge sales tax?
Only on orders shipped or billed to California, at 11%. Other states are not charged tax.
Do you offer gift wrap or gift cards?
Not yet. Every scarf is folded in tissue, and you can add a note at checkout that we'll print and include.
A scarf I wanted sold out. Will it come back?
Usually not; most of our pieces are small runs. Try the same pattern family or fabric for a close match, or send a note and we'll tell you if more is coming.
The scarves
What size are the scarves?
Each product page lists measurements in inches and centimeters. Oblongs are typically 20 by 70 inches, squares 36 by 36, and we note the shape next to the price.
How do I wash a scarf?
Hand wash cold with a mild detergent and lay flat to dry; dry clean silk and wool. Each product page has care notes, and our care guide goes deeper.
Is there a store I can visit?
No, we're online only. Orders ship from our warehouse in Vernon, California.
