This is what we collect when you shop at 100scarves.com, why, and what we do with it. Short version: we collect what we need to ship your order and answer your questions, we don't sell it, and we don't run advertising trackers.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, shipping and billing address, email, optional phone number, what you bought, and your IP address. Card details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor; we never see or store card numbers.
• When you contact us: your name, email, message and order number if you give it.
• When you browse: standard server logs (pages requested, browser type, IP address) kept for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies

Two small cookies: one remembers what's in your bag for 60 days, one keeps your checkout session for a few hours. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

• To process, ship and support your order, including the receipt, shipping and return emails.
• To answer your messages.
• To prevent fraud and keep the site working.

We don't send marketing email unless you ask for it.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payment processing), our shipping carriers (name and address on the label), and our email provider (to send order emails). Each sees only what it needs for its job. We never sell or rent your information.

Keeping it safe

The whole site is served over HTTPS. Card data never touches our servers. Order records are kept for accounting and warranty purposes.

Your choices

Email us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. We'll keep what the law requires for completed orders and remove the rest.
