Returns

If a scarf isn't right, send it back within 14 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed with its tags attached, and we'll refund the price of the item to your original payment. Return postage is paid by you; we recommend a tracked service, because we can't refund what doesn't reach us.

Exchanges work as a return plus a new order, so you get the piece you want without waiting. Refunds are processed within 7 days of the return arriving.
